The easy answer is no. No one knows knows that answer. There are too many variables to tell you what is safe to mix because of current draw, and battery composition. I personally don't run any rechergables that aere not the from the same batch, and that's all I use. That whole mixing batteries is from the old school. Yes .It did spur on great innovations. That was when people before me were taking risks they were willing to accept the consequences of their own actions for.

Unless you go with a SB your best option is the three 14500's in one side of the gun.

I can't advise you about mixing batteries. DUBB jumped on me for even suggesting it in one of my videos telling me flat out that it's dangerous to mix non-rechargeable lithium batteries with rechargeable lithium batteries. I know people do it, but for my money I would rather be safe than sorry. I have too much money in my guns to risk catching them on fire, and blowing them up.

Just look at how many accidents are reported first hand, on my helicopter forum....... I have also blown up a couple of batteries, it's not a joke, or by any means a "remote" possibility, lithium batteries are dangerous, they've burnt down houses, and even brought down airliners for no good reason.

I can't find the string where we were discussing those "high capacity" yellow 18650's. Like I said, I am skeptical as to the claimed capacity of 9800mAh, too, but in fairness, the one I bought is STILL going on it's first and only charge since I bought it new, in my Cree LED flashlight, and I am starting to be impressed with it.
