Well done Parellax. Good info to share.

All this talk about banning guns because they are killing people....We should just make murder illegal and people will stop getting killed.

Thanks Cam. I dropped the board in that gun yesterday. I used the same 30 rnd mag from my 4K Bumblebee. That Blackbird came sealed. I figured everything would mesh correctly, but after two test fires at 4K with a ten round burst the rear outer valve seat seal started leaking. When I looked at it the striker was hitting too far slightly to to the right. I tuned it for the BB mag, but it was clearly out of place with the different mag. I never tested it with the BB mag because I don't have an extra Nichibo.

I tore it down to see if I had bent my plunger, or if I had locked the set screw askew. Nothing was amiss. This leads me to believe there is more tolerance variance across the board with these guns, and to use multiple magazines on this platform there needs to be an easier solenoid adjustment. Of course the best solution would be closer tolerances, but I have to remind myself this gun was never designed to take the punishment we love to deliver.
