Barrel Nut?

Anybody remember what size that is, is it 12 x .75, or 12 x .5? I'm thinking about doing a fake suppressor for it, and I'll need another nut to work with.

Jim C's is 7/16" x 20

(The original barrel is M12 x 1 for reference)

I haven't touched it since the beginning of summer. Same thing with my other airguns. Been busy with other projects.
