Just what the doctor ordered. I took these pics today because the rest of my parts came in to do this. The first one is a 68/4500. The stock is locked in it's forward most position. The second pic is a 90/4500. The stock is locked in it's rear most position. I have the adapter in this one. It wouldn't work without the adapter, or low profile high output Ninja reg. BTW. I am a Ninja retailer now. This setup would look a lot better on a black Drozd.

Funny you mention this. Mine will land tomorrow. After dicking around with my other one from Mrodair I am sure constant oil changes are the key to keeping these these inexpensive compressors working.

Makes a lot of sense. The closer you get to the SB it gets exponentially more difficult. It's like you can knock on that door all you want using air the honest way. My fastest shot has been 1060 something.

I often say, "In my own experience, the secret to happiness is learning to sort the occasional good idea from an endless body of bad ones", well, this looks like a damn good idea. This is a BB magazine block tapped with an ASA female directly, no adaptor for a paintball tank!

But the set screw hole is completely pointless for this.

Now that I have a compressor I can pump helium from a large tank at lower pressure into a 90 4500 using a trash bag as a diaphragm.
There has to be some way to connect the inlet on the compressor directly to the helium tank. Some kind of adapter. I haven't messed with helium, yet, so I don't know what kind of outlet it has. But in case that a high pressure feed is too much for the compressor, a pressure regulator for a propane tank, or even better, a scuba tank would do the trick. Something better than the "bag over her head" approach, which I admit, was brilliant for a field expedient solution, but if you are going to pass gas, you might was well do it right, you know?

This little bugger is working pretty well! It takes a little while, but not like the shoebox does. Funny thing is now I only completely fill my little 12ci tank, I'm probably never fill my big tanks up more than 2000psi. I like to run those direct, unregulated, and that's as brave as I am willing to get.

I just bought one, and got it set up. I filled my 13ci tank in less than 5 minutes, I'm filling my 80ft tank from pretty much empty right now, and timing it. This little bugger does as advertised, and it was the right price. I have wanted my own compressor for ages, I just had a price cap on it, this fit right in.

UPDATE: I had some issues, the foster fitting on the included hose worked fine with the fill nipple on my 13ci tank, but leaked with my other foster plugs, so I changed the socket on said included hose, now everything seems to be working. I fitted it up to my scuba fill station.

I love it, it's a philosophy, and a song in Zulu. It roughly translates to "please bring my machine gun", and implies a need to use it on someone........
